Our representatives are trained according to industry standards (Haag Engineering) relating to wind and hail damage and will give you an honest opinion of the condition of your roof. We will meet with your insurance adjuster and try to make sure that you get everything you deserve. We work with all insurance companies and are very familiar with the process.

We will meet with your Insurance Adjuster for you. We will thoroughly go over the scope of the damages with them and make sure everything that has been damaged by the hail is seen and covered. Our representatives are also trained in Xactimate, the estimating software used by most insurance companies. This means we have the expertise necessary to work with your insurance company and make sure you get everything needed in their estimate to complete the repairs with the highest quality workmanship and materials.

We also know that most likely you don't feel comfortable climbing up on top of your roof to verify if it has damage from hail or wind. For that reason, we always provide homeowners with a digital analysis of their roof. This means we will take a brief HD Video of our roof inspection, in which we identify and explain any damage done to your roof so that you can see the condition of your roof with your own two eyes. It is like taking you up on the roof without you having to climb the roof for yourself.
