At Elbert construction, we install roofs of many different types and materials such as: Asphalt Shingles of all types, Metal Roofing, Cedar Shakes, EPDM, Modified Bitumen

BUILT TO LAST: We truly want your new roof to last. That's why every job we complete comes with the following upgrades:

1. Shingle-over style continuous ridge vent.  We remove and fill in your old box vent holes and add ridge vent so that your roof gets the proper air flow for superior ventilation.  This increases the life of your roof!
2. We replace any rubber pipe vent boots with lead pipe boots.  Rubber boots will rot in 10-15 years and will lead to leaks.  Lead boots lifetime and rarely leak.
3. We will upgrade your roof to a 30 year dimensional roof if you have a 25 year 3-tab.  All we ask in return is for you to find one neighbor or family member that may need a new roof that we can inspect.
4. We add drip edge at the eaves to protect the wood behind your gutters.  This helps to ensure that the wood will not prematurely rot.
5. We put Ice & Water Shield in all of your valleys and around your chimney and flashing.  This is another layer of protection in areas of your roof that are more likely to leak if they don’t have this protection.
6. We warranty all of our work!  When it comes time to choose your contractor, you want someone that is going to stand behind their products and service.
